We sell the following grades of Econotarps:

Light Duty (10 x 10g, 130gsm)
For temporary use where strength is not important. Will not withstand strong winds and if used on trailers, must be tied down securely to prevent flapping which will destroy the tarp. Life expectancy in the sun is approx. 3 - 6 months.

  • Silver reflective top side and light blue underneath.

  • Clear base fabric.

  • No warranty - except if faulty.

 

Heavy Duty (14 x 16g, 220gsm)
Suitable for covering boats, machinery, caravans, fly-sheets over tents, general shading, ground sheet, wind break, or a pool cover. Also suitable for covering roofs if secured well.

  • Reinforced eyelets

  • White on top side and Olive Green underneath

  • Polyweave reinforced solid brass eyelets every metre

  • Black base fabric which blocks sunlight

  • U.V. warranty 2 years pro-rata

 

Extra Heavy Duty “Super Tuff” (16 x 18g, 310gsm)
Suitable for covering roofs in exposed conditions, light courier trucks, and jobs where a heavier tarp is required. May be used on larger trucks providing speed is limited to around 100 km/hr.

  • Imported tarp made from extra heavy duty Polyweave (approx 50% heavier than heavy duty tarps)

  • White top side, dark green underside

  • Black base fabric

  • Polyweave reinforced solid brass eyelets every metre

  • U.V. warranty 3 years pro-rata
